2010 During the winter of this year, four community members were gathered to form a steering committee. In July of the same year, LifeCare Pregnancy Resources Inc. was created as a non-profit corporation in the state of Iowa. In October the board adopted bylaws and applied for 501(c)(3) status with the IRS.
2011 The non-profit tax exempt status determination was received from the IRS.
2012 LifeCare Pregnancy Center opened doors on March 5, 2012 as a non-medical crisis pregnancy center.
2013 In December of 2013, LifeCare completed the conversion to a pregnancy medical clinic and began offering nurse administered pregnancy testing, limited obstetrical ultrasounds and STD/STI testing and treatment.
2014 A state-of-the-art ultrasound machine was purchased through the Knights Of Columbus' Ultrasound Initiative. LC Clinic began the process of opening a second clinic to be located in Creston, Iowa.
2015 LC Clinic opened a second office 40 miles south in Creston, Iowa.
2020 LC Clinic purchased 507 Chestnut Street in Atlantic, Iowa.
2022 LC Clinic opened its third office in Atlantic, Iowa.
